How are clouds formed?Warm water vapor rises into cool air. It then expands and condenses forming around tiny pieces of dust in the air. The combination of water vapor and dust form tiny water particles. When thousands of these water particles form together a visible cloud forms!

Cirrus Clouds (High): wispy and curly clouds, made up of ice particles, elevation above 5,000 meters
Alto Clouds (Medium): gray or blue gray, cover entire sky, elevation between 2,000 and 5,000 meters, made of ice crystals and water droplets
Stratus Clouds (Low): flat layered, elevation below 2,000 meters, made of water droplets
Cumulus Clouds (Low): puffy and bumpy, elevation below 2,00 meters, made of water droplets
